Terms of Service

Feel free to DM me for any inquiries and clarifications. By placing a commission, you agree to the following terms.

General

I reserve the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable completing.
Please provide clear instructions and complete references before I begin.
Major changes that differ from the original request may be declined or require an additional fee.

My artwork may not be used for AI training, AI generation, machine-learning datasets, or similar technologies.
My artwork may not be minted, sold, or used as an NFT.

Payment

The sketch will be completed first for approval.
Full payment is required after the sketch is approved and before I continue with coloring and rendering.
I will not continue beyond the sketch stage until payment has been received.

Accepted payment methods are GCash, Maya, GoTyme, MariBank, Landbank, and PayPal.

Turnaround Time

The estimated turnaround time is 3–7 days after payment is received.
Completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload.
I will inform the client if unexpected delays occur.

Commission Process and Queue

Waitlist – Your slot has been reserved but has not entered the active queue yet. This may also apply while I am waiting for references, additional information, or confirmation from you.
Queue – Your commission is in the active queue. I have everything I need, but sketching has not started yet.
In Progress – I have started working on your commission. This includes the sketching, coloring, and rendering stages.
Completed – Your commission has been finished and the final files have been delivered.

Revisions

Up to 3 revisions are included.
Additional revisions beyond the included limit will incur an extra fee.
Major changes that differ from the original request may also require an additional fee.
Mistakes made on my part that do not match the original instructions will be corrected at no additional cost.

Refunds and Cancellations

Payments are non-refundable unless if I am unable to complete the commission.
Please make sure you are certain about your order before approving the sketch and sending payment.

Commission Scope

The listed price only covers what is included in the selected commission service.
Additional characters, complex backgrounds, detailed props, or extra requests may incur additional fees.
Requests outside the original commission scope must be discussed before work continues.

Delivery

The final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG unless otherwise agreed.
Source or project files are not included.
If the client requires a transparent PNG, this must be requested before the commission begins.
Requests for additional file versions after completion may incur an extra fee.

Copyright and Usage

Please inform me before commissioning if the artwork will be used for any commercial or business-related purpose.
Personal use includes profile pictures, wallpapers, social media posts, personal printing, and other non-commercial purposes.
Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, branding, advertising, monetized content, business websites, streaming assets, book covers, or any use that generates revenue.
Merchandise use includes printing and redistribution of the artwork on products such as stickers, keychains, apparel, posters, prints, pins, acrylic stands, packaging, and similar physical goods.
Commercial and merchandise rights are not included in the base commission price and require an additional licensing fee.
The licensing fee varies depending on the intended use, distribution, and production scale, and will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Credit is appreciated but not required.

Posting and Privacy

I may post the finished artwork on my social media, portfolio, or commission samples unless the client submits a non-disclosure request before the commission begins.
I will not publish artwork covered by an agreed non-disclosure request.

Communication

Clients must respond within one week when feedback, approval, or payment is requested.
If I do not receive a response within one week, the commission may be placed on hold or cancelled.
Clients who repeatedly disappear without communication, fail to complete an agreed payment, or violate these Terms of Service may be blacklisted and refused future commissions.

NSFW Content Policy

NSFW commissions are subject to 30% fee. All clients and depicted characters must be 18+, and I reserve the right to decline any request I am uncomfortable with.
